Can I choose a specific studio room when booking?

Yes, if the room is available, you can select your preferred studio when booking directly through our website or by speaking with our team. At Campus House, the standard studio apartment option gives students a private space with everyday essentials included. You can also compare the medium studio apartment if you want more room within the same building, or the large studio apartment if you prefer a larger private layout. We’ll do our best to accommodate your choice of student housing based on availability and room class.

Are kitchen appliances included in studio apartments?

All studios include a kitchenette with essential appliances like a fridge, microwave, oven, and stovetop. Everything you need to cook meals is provided, so you can move in and start living comfortably from day one.

Can I live with a friend in a studio apartment?

Studios are designed for single occupancy. If you want to live with a friend, compare shared student accommodation options before choosing your room type. Two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments let you stay close to mates while still having your own space.

Are pets allowed in studio apartments?

Unfortunately, we don’t permit pets including fish, birds, or reptiles in our residences. However, we do make exceptions for residents who require the assistance of a trained and registered Service Dog or Assistance Dog.

Do studios come with laundry facilities?

Studios don’t have in-room laundry, but all Journal properties have onsite laundry facilities with modern washing machines and dryers. Payment is easy through the app or machine itself, making laundry tasks convenient and hassle-free for all residents.

Can I move rooms after booking if I change my mind?

Room moves may be possible subject to availability, and we recommend mentioning specific requests at the time of booking. Please note that room changes may incur administrative and cleaning fees, so contact our reception team to discuss your options.
